Richard Schultz joined the firm in January 2021. Rick graduated from West Virginia University in 2015 with a degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. He has been a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania since 2013 and has held his license in New Jersey for several years -- previously working in the Haddonfield area. Additionally, Rick is the owner/broker of the Schultz Real Estate Group in Delaware County Pennsylvania. He brings experience in buying and selling as well as experience with rentals and investment properties. Further, Rick is uniquely positioned to help Pennsylvania buyers looking to purchase a 2nd home in South Jersey.
