“Rick is the consummate real estate professional. From our initial meeting with Rick we knew he was the right agent for the sale of our shore home. He came prepared with knowledge of the market condition in our shore community, including available inventory of like homes. Due to supply and demand realities at the time, he convinced us to increase what we thought was a realistic asking price. We believed it might be too high but we went with his expertise. In the span of three weeks the home sold for a greater price than we cold have imagined. Since we lived 90 miles from the shore, Rick took care of all details that needed to be addressed in order to show the home. This included things such as taking a rather large sliding screed door to be repaired, picking it up and delivering it to our home. After meeting with the township inspector, he purchased items to satisfy the new codes, including a larger capacity fire extinguisher, and installed a new carbon monoxide detector.
